Each LULU LONDON CO piece comes with a 6 month warranty, giving you piece of mind that should anything happen within those 6 months you can get it repaired free of charge. After the 6 month warranty period, any accidental damage/ breakage can be repaired at a small charge.

Jewellery Care

Unless other materials are mentioned all of my LULU LONDON CO pieces are created using 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Plating, Rose Gold Plating & Semi-Precious Stones.

These Stones are natural and are therefore unique, from time to time there may be variants in size, tone and finish.

Polishing the items with a soft cloth with help maintain a beautiful shine and avoid any tarnishing build up.

Store your jewellery in a tarnish-resistant pouch/box or in an air tight box. Please note that the gift boxes are not suited for long-term storage.

It is best to try to avoid jewellery contact with moisturisers, perfume, chlorine and cleaning agents as these will affect the outer finish and also the longevity of the elastic.

Remove your jewellery prior to swimming, bathing and sports or other physical activities.
